摘要: 为提高用户对产品形态的功能意义判断的准确度,提出一种基于可供性的自适应免疫遗传优化产品形态设计方法。通过分析产品功能、部件、形态与可供性的关系,构建了产品形态设计属性的层次模型,结合专家建议提取产品形态可供性的疫苗,优化评价机制以减少主观评价误差,并使用自适应免疫遗传算法来优化设计。基于该方法实现了计算机辅助智能产品设计系统,并通过实验证明了该方法可以充分利用设计资源,自动生成实用、可行的设计结果,提高设计效率。

Abstract: To improve users'accurate judgment to the functional meaning of product shape,an affordance-based adaptive immune genetic optimization of shape design method was proposed.Based on analyzing the relationship among functionality,component,shape and affordance,a hierarchical model of product shape design property was presented.By combining with the experts suggestion,the affordance vaccines were extracted and the evaluation mechanism was optimized to reduce the subjective evaluation error,and the adaptive immune genetic algorithm was used to build innovative design.According to this method,a Computer-Aided Intelligent Product Design System (CAIPDS) was realized,the design efficiency was improved and the design result was generated automatically by using design resource fully.
