面向用户的非几何设计知识组织方法

摘要: 为有效重用大量非几何设计知识,提出一种面向用户的非几何设计知识组织方法。讨论了产品设计知识及其类别,分析并总结了产品设计人员的知识重用模式,包括导航模式、参考模式和自动模式。提出了包含导航知识、知识地图和知识组件的设计知识组织方法。该方法能以符合用户习惯的方式提供设计知识,减少大量知识带来的信息过载现象。通过收集整理减震器、空气滤清器和油气弹簧的设计知识,对所提方法进行了验证和说明。

Abstract: To reuse large non-geometry design knowledge effectively,a non-geometry design knowledge organization method oriented to user was proposed.The design knowledge of product and its categorizations were discussed.The knowledge reuse pattern of the designers was analyzed and three patters included guiding pattern,reference pattern and automation pattern were summarized.On this basis,a method including navigation knowledge,knowledge map and knowledge component was proposed.The method could provide design knowledge in accordance with the knowledge reuse pattern of the designers and alleviate the information overload phenomenon.The method was illustrated and validated by organizing design knowledge of hydro-pneumatic spring,shock-absorber and air filter components.
