基于MTConnect的数控机床网络化监控技术

摘要: 为实现制造设备的广泛互联和远程监控,研究了利用MTConnect进行设备联网的基本方法,包括监控系统的实现架构、设备信息模型和信息采集流程。设计了一个符合MTConnect要求的数控雕刻机远程监控系统,该系统能够利用代理端和客户端的通讯通过Internet实时收集数控雕刻机的数据。分析了该机床的具体组件和属性,根据MTConnect建立了该机床的设备模型,并用可扩展标记语言编写相应的描述文件。采用C#语言和制造技术协会提供的开发工具研发了MTConnect代理端、客户端以及必要的数据处理和可视化软件模块,从而实现了该系统。通过实际加工和监控对该系统进行验证,结果表明,该系统能够方便、可靠地获取联网机床的运行信息,从一个侧面证实了MTConnect方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: To realize the extensive interconnection and remote monitoring of manufacturing equipment,the basic approach to networking devices by means of MTConnect protocols was studied,which included the implementation architecture of monitoring system,the information model for devices,and the workflow for data acquisition.A remote monitoring system in accordance with MTConnect for Numerical Control (NC) engraving machines was designed,which was able to collect data in real time through internet by using the communication between the Agent and the client.The components and attributes of the concrete machine were analyzed,the device model for the machine was constructed based on MTConnect,and its description file was composed in XML.The Agent,the client and the necessary data processing as well as visualization software modules were developed through C# language and development tools provided by Association for Manufacturing Technology.Thus the proposed system was implemented.The system was tested through actual machining and monitoring,and the results showed that the implemented system could collect the runtime data conveniently and reliably from the networked machine tool,which demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of MTConnect approach to some extent.
