摘要: 炼钢等流程工业生产中的温度约束和连续生产约束同时存在时会给生产调度带来很大困难。针对现有工作的不足,提出了调度与仿真相结合的仿真调度方法,通过避免盲目的反复调度和仿真,达到快速动态调度的目的。该方法首先对温度约束和连续生产约束建立了约束调度模型;在此基础上,采用Agent技术与仿真结合的智能仿真调度的方法来实现调度和约束验证的并行处理。通过实例验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: Coexistence of temperature constraint and continuous production constraint in scheduling areas in process industry, such as steelmaking and continuous casting brought great difficulty in production scheduling. Aiming at shortcomings of current work, a simulation scheduling method which combined scheduling and simulation was presented. Rapid and dynamic scheduling was achieved by avoiding repeated and blind scheduling and simulation. Scheduling models oriented to temperature constraint and continuous production constraint were set up. On this basis, intelligent simulation scheduling method by combining Agent technique with simulation was adopted to realize parallel processing of scheduling and constraint verification. The effectiveness of the proposed method was also verified by example.
