摘要: 为确定系统功能模型中元件裁剪的合理性,提出了基于功能模型元件属性特征的裁剪优先权确定方法。从提高系统理想化水平和降低元件裁剪后搜寻解的难度两个方面提出了确定元件裁剪优先权的影响因素,抽取系统功能模型中元件在各影响因素下的相关属性特征并计算其评价值,利用最大离差和熵的方法确定影响因素权系数来优化评价结果。在此基础上,建立系统裁剪过程模型, 为系统裁剪时确定合理的裁剪元件提供了切实可行的途径。基于裁剪过程模型的饮水机改进设计,验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: To determine the reasonable trimming component in the system functional model,a trimming priority identifying method was proposed based on the properties of components in the functional model. From the aspects of improving the level of ideal system and reducing the difficulty of searching solutions, influencing factors for identifying trimming priority were proposed. Based on the system functional model, the components relevant attributes were extracted to compute evaluation value of the index. The weight coefficient of each index was determined with the method of maximum deviation and entropy to optimize the evaluation results. On this basis, the trimming process model was established to provide a feasible way to identify reasonable trimming component for trimming. The effectiveness of the method was revealed by improved design of water dispenser using the trimming process model.
