摘要: 基于互联网技术的应用系统,使企业之间的合作更加紧密,促使了网络化制造、大规模定制的日趋增强。而在这一环节中,如何有效地组织和利用合作伙伴的资源,保证生产任务在规定的时间和在预算的成本内完成,已成为一个关键的问题。本文提出了协作型生产任务规划的策略,即基于相关机会约束的有限资源静态规划策略和有限资源动态规划策略。静态规划考虑资源的约束条件,对协作型生产任务给出较长期的规划;而动态规划则根据协作生产的实际变化,及时调整生产规划,保证生产任务按目标完成。

Abstract: The application systems based on Internet make the cooperation among enterprises more closely. They also push forward the trends of networked manufacturing and mass customization manufacturing. How to organize and take advantage of the resource of partners to ensure the tasks completed in scheduled deadline and budget is a very important issue now. A method is presented in two levels to schedule the cooperative production tasks. The schedules in two levels conclude the constrained-based production schedule with relative opportunity and dynamic schedule with limited resource. The static schedule gives a long-term plan for cooperative production tasks based on resource constraints, while the dynamic schedule can adjust the short-term plan based on real conditions to ensure the production tasks can be finished according to scheduled goal.
