摘要: 为提高制造执行系统的柔性,满足当前企业对离散车间制造过程管理和信息系统集成的需求,在语义网关的支持下,提出一种制造执行系统集成可重构的框架,并分别从业务实体、业务逻辑和系统间集成层研究了集成可重构实现方法。通过业务实体和业务逻辑的分离,结合配置时的编译策略,实现了业务实体定义和业务逻辑定义的集成重构;通过业务实体和业务逻辑接口间的动态注入,实现了业务实体与业务逻辑关系的集成重构;通过对业务接口方法调用的拦截和代理,实现了业务实现的集成重构;在语义网关支持下,通过集成规则与集成内容的配置,实现了集成活动的重构。研究内容在基于.Net平台开发的原型系统中得到了有效的验证。

Abstract: To improve Manufacturing Execution System(MES) flexibility in dynamic environment, and to meet the information integration and manufacturing process management needs of manufacturing enterprises, the semantic gateway based reconfigurable integration architecture of MES was proposed, and the implementation methods were researched by means of business entities, business logics and systems integration layer. Through the split of business entities and business logics, combined, the integrated reconfiguration of business entities and business logics was realized by combining with configuring time compilation strategy; through the dynamic injection between business entities and business logic interfaces, the integration relationships between entities and logics were reconfigured; through the interception and proxy of business interface, the business implementations could be reconfigured. According to the configuration of integration rules and integration context, the reconfiguration of integration activities was realized based on semantic gateway. have the ability to reconfigure. The proposed method was validated effectively in .Net platform based prototype system.
