摘要: 为系统化地分析模块化设计中客户需求映射及模块划分的方法,提出关联超图与质量功能展开相结合的客户需求映射方法和基于超图聚类算法的分级模块划分方法。根据超图模型中各零部件间的关联强度和各零部件与客户需求的联系强度,对服务相关度进行了定义。将超图聚类算法引入到模块划分领域,依据服务相关度进行了分级模块划分,通过计算客户参与复杂度和模块独立性对划分结果进行优化。以某发动机的分级模块划分为例说明了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: To systemically analyze the customer demand mapping in modular design and module division method,a customer requirements mapping method by integrating associated hypergraph with Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and a hierarchical module division approach based on hypergraph clustering algorithms were proposed.According to the relation intensity among components and the relation intensity between parts and requirements,the degree of service correlation was defined.The hierarchical modular division process was accomplished based on service correlation degree by introducing the hypergraph clustering algorithms to modular division,and the division result was optimized by calculating the variant design complexity and the independence between modules.The method was proved to be applicable and effective in an instance of hierarchical module partition of a certain engine.
