摘要: 虚拟样机多学科协同设计与仿真平台是虚拟样机支撑环境的重要组成部分,在航空、航天、造船、汽车等复杂产品虚拟样机开发中有着广泛的应用。通过对虚拟样机开发环境中多领域建模与仿真技术的需求分析,研究了协同设计与仿真平台的系统构成、关键技术和实现方案,支持跨平台和网络环境下对各设计与仿真工具之间的数据共享和各类工具的应用集成,并开发了基于Web的原型系统。通过初步应用实践,表明该系统能有效地支持复杂产品 虚拟样机的协同开发。

Abstract: The collaborative design and simulation platform for multidiscipline Virtual Prototyping (VP) is an important part that constructs the supporting environment for VP, and widely applied in virtual prototype development of complex product in the fields of aeronautics, astronautics, shipbuilding and automobile, etc. In this paper, the requirements of multi-discipline modelling and collaborative simulation for virtual prototyping are analysed. The function framework, system architecture, key technologies and implementation of collaborative design, and simulation platform are studied. The collaborative design and simulation platform should support the convenient data sharing and information integration among the distributed and heterogeneous modeling and simulation tools of different application domains under Internet environment. A Web-based prototype system is developed. In the pilot application practice, the platform can effectively support the collaborative design and simulation for VP of complex product.
