摘要: 在分析现有制造执行系统面临的挑战和机遇的基础上,结合最新的物联网技术,提出一种"物物互联,感知制造"环境下的制造执行系统--基于物联技术的制造执行系统。设计了一种基于物联技术的制造执行系统体系构架,提出了一套使能基于物联技术的制造执行系统关键技术体系和实现框架,包括基于传感网的制造资源物物互感技术、制造执行过程多源信息的主动感知与增值技术、制造执行过程动态优化技术、生产过程质量信息传感/监控和全程追溯技术等, 所提方法和技术对于物联网在制造领域的应用具有重要的借鉴价值。

Abstract: According to the analysis of the challenges faced by current manufacturing execution system, the concept of the Internet of Things (IoT) enabled manufacturing system was put forward. Based on the advanced techniques such as sensor network, information technology, the overall architecture of IoT-enabled manufacturing execution system was presented. Under this architecture, the key technologies including sensor network based manufacturing things perception, multi-source manufacturing information active perception and value-added mechanism, manufacturing process dynamic optimization, production quality online control, diagnosing and tracing etc. were described respectively. The proposed methods and technologies provided important referential value for applying IoT in manufacturing field.
