摘要: 在产品全寿命过程的各个工作系统中,以人、环境和产品数据相互作用为基础,提出了产品全寿命动态建模的思想方法和数学表达式,并介绍了一种多层次描述方法。它不仅体现了并行工程的理念,而且也反映了因产品创新而引发的并通过评价反馈使产品模型、数据及相关的工作系统不断更新或重组的机制。该建模方法是吸取了已有的产品信息和过程建模的特点而综合发展的结果,其特征是更动态、更完整地表达了产品全寿命的动态、评价反馈与重构,并突出了人才的关键作用。应用该方法较详细地分析了船用柴油机全寿命动态过程。

Abstract: The concept of Men, Environment and Data Interaction (MEDI), which is always shown in the product lifecycle process, is introduced. The method of Product Lifecycle Dynamic Modeling(PLDM)and its mathematic expression, as well as a multi-layer description method are proposed based on the concept. The PLDM not only includes the CE concept, but also reflects renewing the existed product model & data and reengineering the related working systems. The method describes the evaluation & reengineering of product lifecycle more dynamically and synthetically, and the experts are emphasized. An application example for ship diesel engine is presented in detail.
