摘要: 针对云制造模式下云制造设计服务、云制造加工服务数量庞大,缺少高效的云制造虚拟服务资源组建管理方法,导致云制造虚拟服务资源缺乏有效管理和控制的问题,在综合考虑云制造虚拟服务资源特点的基础上,提出基于多域的云制造服务资源建模方法。通过云制造服务资源—行为—特征多域模型,建立基于多域递归的云制造虚拟服务资源组建方法,给出了相应的云制造虚拟服务资源谱库架构,为制造云中的终端用户提供了高效率、低成本和可重用的虚拟服务资源组建技术。实验结果分析表明,该方法能够有效提高云制造模式下满足云制造资源需求的虚拟服务资源组建效率性能,并验证了其在工程应用中的正确性与高效性。

Abstract: In cloud manufacturing mode, there was a huge number of cloud design service resources and cloud manufacturing service resources. Owing to lack of efficient management method for virtual service resources of cloud manufacturing, it had management and control defects. Aiming at these peoblems, a cloud manufacturing service resource modeling method based on multi-domain was established by considering the characteristics of virtual service resources of cloud manufacturing. Through service resource multi-domain model, a virtual service resource composition method was put forward based on multi-domain recusion, and corresponding library architecture of virtual service resources was given. Thus a virtual service resource composition technology with high efficiency, low cost and reusability for users of cloud manufacturing platform was obtained. Experimental results demonstrated that the efficiency performance of virtual service resources composition which satisfied cloud manufacturing resources demand was improved effectively, and the correctness and high efficiency of proposed method was verified.
