摘要: 针对各决策时段的时间权重,以及属性权重已知、属性值以三角模糊数形式给出的动态多属性决策问题,提出了一种基于多准则妥协解排序拓展的决策分析方法。该方法依据传统多准则妥协解排序法的基本思想,结合三角模糊数的运算法则,计算各时段各方案的评价值。利用给出的动态三角模糊加权平均算子对各时段的评价值进行集成,以获取各方案的综合评价值。利用三角模糊数两两比较的可能度公式对其进行比较,进而得到整个方案集的排序。通过实例分析表明了该方法的实用性和可行性。

Abstract: Aiming at the dynamic multi-attribute decision making problems, which period weights and attribute weights for each period were specified and attribute values in different periods were expressed in triangular fuzzy numbers, an extended decision making method based on Vlsekriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) was presented. According to the basic idea of traditional VIKOR, by integrating the operational laws of triangular fuzzy numbers, the evaluation values for each scheme in different periods were calculated. The specified Dynamic Triangular Fuzzy Weighted Averaging (DTFWA) operator was used to integrate the evaluation values in different periods so as to obtain the total evaluation values of each scheme. Based on the possibility degree formula for the comparison between triangular fuzzy numbers, the ranking of scheme volum was obtained. A numerical example was provided to demonstrate the practicality and feasibility of the proposed method.
