摘要: 为了分析机床零部件热变形对热误差的影响,提出机床热态信息链的概念来描述零部件与整机热态特性之间的关系,并采用包含温度场和热位移场信息的机床热—结构耦合有限元分析模型作为该热态信息链的载体。提出一种机床热态信息挖掘方法,以明确机床零部件中导致整机热态精度下降的薄弱环节。以一台龙门加工中心为实验对象,对该机床实施热态信息挖掘,并根据挖掘的结果进行结构优化。实验表明优化后机床的z向热误差减少了85.5 μm,验证了本文方法的有效性。

Abstract: To analyze the effect of parts' thermal deformation on thermal errors, a concept of thermal information chain was proposed to describe relationships between parts and the thermal characteristics of whole machine, and a machine tool's thermal-structural coupled finite element analysis model including information of temperature and thermal displacement was employed as the chain's carrier. Based on the thermal information chain, a mining method of machines' thermal information was presented to find the weak link which led to the whole machine's accuracy decrease in machine tool's parts. Taking a Gantry Machining Center as research object, thermal information mining of this machine was implemented, and according to the mining results, structural optimizations were conducted. The experiment indicated the optimized machine's thermal errors deceased by 85.5μm at z direction and proved the validity of the proposed method.
