摘要: 针对环切轨迹中残留区域的问题,提出了一种简单有效的去除残留区域的轨迹生成方法。在该方法中,首先识别出轨迹中的尖角,然后通过匹配出轨迹中的尖角对来确定刀具无法加工的残留区域。在残留区域确定后,对于每一个尖角对,以子尖角的尖点作为初始条件,计算该点的Frenet标架信息,并依据该信息预测出清角刀轨上下一点的近似位置。在获得近似位置后,依据一定精度对预测位置进行修正,得到该点的精确位置。迭代该过程,逐步生成清角加工轨迹,直到该点的中轴变换圆的半径等于刀具半径为止。仿真表明,该方法能够有效处理加工区域。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of residual regions in Contour-Parallel Offset (CPO) tool-path, a simple and effective clean-up tool-path planning method was proposed to clean up residual regions. In this method, the sharp corner was identified from tool-path, and sharp corner pairs were matched to define the residual regions which could not processing. For each sharp corner pair, the vertex of son sharp corner were taken as the initial computational condition to calculate its Frenet frame information, by which the next approximate position on the clean-up tool-path was predicted and adjusted to an accurate one under a certain tolerance. Thus the accurate position was obtained. This procedure was repeated to grow the clear-up tool-path gradually until the radius of the medial axis transform circular equaled to the tool radius. Simulations showed that this method was effective in clearing up residual regions.
