基于螺旋升角的零背隙弧面凸轮非等径加工方法及误差研究

Unequal diameter machining and error research of globoidal cam with zero backlash based on helix angle

摘要: 针对弧面凸轮存在反向传动间隙和非等径加工误差的问题,提出一种零背隙弧面凸轮的建模与加工方法。根据弧面凸轮的运动规律建立凸轮廓线的数学模型,推导出零背隙弧面凸轮的轮廓曲面参数方程。建立弧面凸轮螺旋升角与非等径加工刀具补偿的联系,同时进行X向和Z向补偿,以消除非等径加工引起的理论误差,生成数控加工代码,简化了数据处理过程。在软件中进行分析和模拟加工,并搭建机床进行实验,验证了三维模型和数控代码的有效性。

Abstract: According to the reverse transmission clearance and unequal diameter machining error of globoidal cam,a new method for globoidal cam modeling and machining was developed.The mathematical model of globoidal cam groove profile was established based on motion of cam,and the cam contour surface equation was deduced to realize zero backlash transmission.The connection between helix angle of globoidal cam and cutter compensation based on unequal diameter machining was established,and the compensation for X and Z axes were proceeded simultaneously to eliminate the theorem error caused by unequal diameter machining.The NC code was generated,and the data processing was simple.The analysis and simulation machining were completed in software,and the machining experiment was used to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
