摘要: 为实现基于STEP-NC闭环制造环境的集成化在线检测与监测,提出一个数控系统解决方案,并定义了相应的STEP-NC数据模型,用于传输集成化在线检测与监测信息。数控系统由开放式平台、测头系统、传感器系统和数据采集卡组成,能够直接解释和执行包含在线检测与监测任务的STEP-NC文件,之后将检测结果写入STEP-NC文件并输出。利用实时扩展子系统开发了数据采集与监测驱动以及相关线程,并通过实例验证了系统的有效性。实验结果表明,所建立的数控系统能够根据读入的STEP-NC文件完成对零件的加工、检测和对加工过程的监测。

Abstract: To implement integrated online inspection and monitoring in STandard for the Exchange of Product model data-Numerical Control (STEP-NC) compliant closed-loop manufacturing scenario,a prototype of CNC system was proposed.Relevant STEP-NC entities were defined for transferring inspection and monitoring information.A CNC system composed open architecture platform,probe system,sensors system and data acquisition card,which could interpret and execute STEP-NC files with online inspection and machining process monitoring tasks directly.The inspection results were combined with input STEP-NC files and then exported.Real time extension was adopted to develop the driver and threads for data acquisition and monitoring.Case studies were conducted to verify the proposed CNC system.The experiment results indicated that the CNC system was able to machine and inspect the part while monitoring the machining process in real time according to input STEP-NC files.
