摘要: 在传统的经济生产批量和控制图经济设计基础上,提出了一个联合设计模型。该模型将生产过程考虑为一个不完美的过程,引入田口质量损失函数,同时将生产过程分成三个状态。运用带警戒限的控制图对生产过程的各个状态进行监视,并定义了每个状态的损失函数,以获得生产批量、控制图参数设定的综合最优解,从而使生产过程的总期望成本最小。采用行径搜索算法对模型进行求解,并进行了算例说明和参数敏感度分析,以验证模型的有效性。

Abstract: An integrated design model based on traditional Economic Production Quality (EPQ) model and economic design of control chart was proposed. In this model, production process was considered as an imperfect process, therefore taguchi's quality loss function were introduced and the production process was divided into three states. Control chart with warning limits was adopted to monitor the state of the production process and corresponding quality loss fuction was defined respectively. The compositive optimal solution of EPQ and control chart parameters setting was obtained so as to minimize the total expected production cost. The pattern research algorithm was applied to solve the problem, moreover, a case study and sensitivity analysis were presented to verify the effectiveness of the model.
