监控两阶段相关过程的触发CUSUM-CUSCORE控制图

摘要: 为解决过程自相关情况下两阶段过程发生趋势性漂移的监控问题,设计了触发CUSUM-CUSCORE控制图。充分利用故障表征中隐藏的动态信息,提出采用触发CUSUM-CUSCORE控制图对两阶段相关过程进行监控,以探测过程输出质量特性发生的趋势性漂移。通过仿真,以平均运行链长为准则,比较了几种控制图的监控效果。仿真结果表明,基于触发CUSUM-CUSCORE控制图对过程输出质量特性具有较好的监控性能。

Abstract: To solve the trend drift monitoring problem for two-stage process in context of autocorrelation process,the trigger CUSUM-CUSCORE control chart was designed.By utilizing the dynamic information hidden in fault signature,the method of using trigger CUSUM-CUSCORE control chart to monitor the process was proposed,which a trend shift was incurred.With simulations,the performances of residual-CUSUM control chart,CUSCORE control chart and trigger CUSUM-CUSCORE control chart were compared in term of average run length.The results showed that trigger CUSUM-CUSCORE control chart had good detection performance in monitoring the output characteristics.
