摘要: 针对某柴油机制造企业机架类零件结构的特点,在CAD/CAPP/CAM集成系统的框架下,从刀具加工轨迹规划所面临的实际问题出发,研究了基于特征的刀具轨迹规划及优化技术,开发了船用柴油机机架类零件特征刀具轨迹规划及优化系统,并运用UG加工仿真模块对优化结果进行了切削仿真,与传统刀具轨迹规划的结果进行对比验证了该方法的实用性。该系统能提取加工特征几何、工艺等用于刀轨规划所必需的信息,实现了机架类零件的加工特征刀具轨迹的快速生成,而且对其他类型复杂零件的刀轨规划与优化问题也有很好的借鉴意义。

Abstract: Aiming at the some frame parts structural features of certain marine diesel engine manufacturing enterprises, proceed from practical problems with which tool path planning was facing, feature-based planning and optimization technology of tool path was studied under the framework of CAD/CAPP/CAM integration system. Besides, planning and optimization system of tool path on marine diesel frame parts were developed, and the optimization solutions were cut with UG machining simulation module. By comparing to the traditional tool path planning results, the applicability of the method was proved. This system not only realized quick tool path generation of machining feature by extracting geometry and process information which were necessary to tool path planning, but also had good reference value to tool path planning and tool path optimization of other complex parts.
