离散制造业可适应制造执行系统的研究与实现

摘要: 制造执行系统作为现代制造车间的管理控制系统,仍然采用缺少柔性和可配置性的架构,导致其难以适应制造环境和制造过程的变化。针对这个问题,详细分析了制造系统对制造执行系统适应性的需求,研究了可定制数据集成适配器、可配置的工厂模型、可复用的业务组件以及脚本驱动的事件响应机制等关键技术,设计了一种新的可适应性制造执行系统框架。该框架能够在尽量小改动的情况下对制造系统内、外部的变化提供支持。给出了基于该框架开发的一个制造执行系统实现,该系统已被成功应用于不同汽车装配线。

Abstract: As management and control system for modern manufacturing workshops, current Manufacturing Execution System (MES) was lack of flexible and configurable architecture, which led to difficulty in adapting to changes in manufacturing circumstances and manufacturing process. To deal with this problem, after analyzing the adaptability requirements of manufacturing system to MES in detail, some key techniques were studied including customized data integrated adapter, configurable factory model, reusable business component and script-driven response mechanism. Besides, a kind of new adaptable MES framework named A-MES was designed. A-MES was able to offer support on the changes in internal and external manufacturing system with little programming work. Moreover, an implementation system of A-MES was presented. The system was applied in different assembly lines successfully in automobile industry.
