摘要: 为使制造服务平台的用户具有更好的使用环境,提出了一种制造服务开通优化方法。在该优化方法中,基于软件即服务思想构建了制造服务开通模型,利用服务开通中心调度开通站工作,开通站通过执行制造服务匹配、制造服务测试和制造服务链接三个操作完成服务申请的开通。针对制造服务开通问题的特点,使用三维粒子编码表示问题解空间,经过解码得到最终开通方案。建立了粒子位置和开通方案的映射过程以及更新过程。采用智能单粒子优化制定了制造服务开通求解策略,通过两个制造服务申请开通的算例分析,验证了该策略的可行性,并且智能单粒子算法取得了较遗传算法更好的优化结果。

Abstract: To enable manufacturing service platform users to have the better environment, an open optimization method for manufacturing service was proposed. In this method, open model for manufacturing service was constructed based on the software as a service idea. Open service center was used to schedule open stations'work. Opening of service application was completed through three operations of matching, testing and linking of manufacturing service executed by open station. In view of characteristics of manufacturing service opening problems, the three-dimensional particle coding was used to express problem solution space and final opening plan was obtained by decoding. The mapping process as well as renewal process of the particle position and the opening plan was established. The open solution strategy of manufacturing service was formulated by using the intelligent single particle optimization. Through two example analyses of manufacturing service application opening, the feasibility of the strategy was confirmed. The intelligent single particle algorithm obtained better optimization result comparing to the genetic algorithm.
