结合问卷判断的串行金字塔法

摘要: 为提高新产品开发的成功率,用统计学与概率论的方法建立了领先用户的识别模型,并结合传统的问卷法提出了结合问卷判断的串行金字塔法。对筛选问卷法、传统金字塔法和串行金字塔法三种方法在实践中的识别效率进行了对比研究,发现串行金字塔法的效果最好。该方法适用于以下三种情况:①领先用户集中,数量较多;②需要识别出所有用户是否属于领先用户;③面向对领先用户的持续管理需要长期对用户进行识别。

Abstract: To improve success rate of new product development, a lead user identification model was established by using statistical and probability theory, moreover, combined with traditional questionnaire, Sequential Pyramiding with Questionnaire Identification Method (SPQIM) was put forward. Comparative studies of screening questionnaire, traditional pyramiding and sequential pyramiding three methods showed that SPQIM was the best method. This method applicable to the following cases:(1) lead user was concentrated with a relatively larger amount; (2) All users in the target group had to be identified whether belong to lead user; (3) Long-term identification needed to be performed in leading user oriented continuous management.
