摘要: 集中决策下的系统最优解通常不能实现,为提高闭环供应链网络系统的效率,考虑多层多成员再制造闭环供应链网络,网络中相互竞争的各决策者以最大化各自利润为目标,建立了分散决策闭环供应链网络均衡模型,分析了各决策者间的相互作用及竞争行为。同时建立了集中决策下系统优化模型。给出了两类模型的变分不等式公式。提出了基于企业社会责任的协调机制,并给出每个决策者为履行企业社会责任而需支出费用的量化公式。最后利用提出的模型及修正投影算法对算例进行了计算与分析。

Abstract: The system-optimization solution to the centralized network usually could not be achieved. To improve the system efficiency of closed-loop supply chain network, considering the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain network with multiple layers and decision makers, a decentralized policy decision closed-loop supply chain network equilibrium model was formulated on the basis of each competitive decision-makers in the network aimed at maximium profits. Interrelationships and competitive behaviors among various decision-makers were analyzed, moreover, a system optimization model for centralized closed-loop supply chain network was established. The variational inequality formulations for decentralized policy decision and centralized decision were provided. The coordination mechanism based on corporate social responsibility was proposed, and the quantization formula of outlays that each decision-maker had to pay due to taking corporate social responsibility was presented. Finally, the proposed models and modified projection algorithm were uesd to compute and analyse numerical examples.
