摘要: 鉴于各方的价值期望可能相互依赖和关联,在设计服务系统时需要充分考虑价值间的依赖性。在介绍服务价值的基础上提出服务价值依赖的概念,按其产生机理分成五类,以超图作为描述工具,提出了分层的价值依赖模型,并将其表示为价值依赖超图的形式。基于该模型,探讨了价值依赖的传递性、分解性和依赖度计算等性质。讨论了基于价值依赖模型的服务分析和服务组合的方法与过程,并以海运物流服务为例进行了案例分析。价值依赖模型作为实现价值优化的服务系统分析与设计的一种支持工具,在高层的价值期望和低层的服务要素服务质量期望之间建立了桥梁。

Abstract: There might be dependences and associations among various expected values, therefore the inter-dependencies among values should be particularly considered during service system design. Based on the introduction of service value, concept “value dependency” was defined and classified into five categories according to production mechanism. A value dependency model based on layered hyper-graph was proposed,which was formally defined as layered Value Dependency hyper-Graph (VDG). Based on this model, features such as transitivity, decomposition and dependence were discussed. And the process of service analysis and service composition based on this model were also discussed. A real-life case study on Ocean Transportation Service (OTS) was put forward. As a supporting tool to realize optimized value for service system analysis and design, the proposed model established bridge between the high-level value expectations and low-level quality of service expectations of service elements.
