摘要: 为解决复杂零件外协加工中因外协方个人诚信缺失引起的数据泄密问题,提出了一种基于信息终端的外协加工数据保密系统,使外协加工时的零件数据在由企业间网络服务器、外协企业内部网络服务器、专用信息终端、固联通信电缆、计算机数字控制系统等硬件以及相关软件组成的无缝数据通道内流动,实现零件数据在物理上与外协方隔离。研究了该系统的体系结构、功能结构、运行流程及系统应用环节的数据安全,并成功应用于某企业的锻压模具外协加工业务中,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract: To solve the data leakage problem caused by outsourcing enterprise personal credit absent in the process of complex parts machining, a security system for outsourcing process data based on information terminal was put forward. It enabled the part data flow in the seamless data channel which consisted of hardware (Web server cross enterprises, internal network servers in the outsourcing enterprise, special information terminal, fixed communication cable, and computerized numerical control system, etc.) and related software so as to realize physically isolation of the parts data from the outsourcing enterprises. The data security of system architecture, function structure, operation mode and application system were discussed in detail. The system was applied in forging die outsourcing machining of an enterprise successfully, and well results was obtained.
