复杂零件三维中间工序模型逆向生成技术

摘要: 针对传统的复杂零件三维中间工序模型生成方式通用性差、生成效率低等问题,提出一种面向全三维工艺设计过程的中间工序模型逆向生成方法。研究了中间工序模型的定义与逆向生成技术、加工工艺信息与建模信息之间的映射关系。分析了零件工艺结构与中间工序模型的关系,并设计了基于特征工序分组的全三维设计流程。通过建立加工工艺信息与中间工序模型辅助生成工具的对应关系,将中间工序模型的构建转变为实体建模操作,从设计模型出发派生出各中间工序模型。最后通过实例验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems such as low-level generality and poor efficiency of traditional 3D Intermediate Procedure Model (IPM) generation model,a reverse generation method of IPM oriented to full 3D process planning was proposed.The definition of IPM and its reverse generation technology were researched,and the mapping relationship between machining information and modeling parameters were studied.The relationship between process structure and IPM was analyzed,and full 3D process planning procedure based on feature process grouping was designed.By building correspondence between machining information and IPM auxiliary generation tools,the IPM generation could be transferred to solid modeling operation,and all IPMs could be derived from design model.The feasibility of proposed method was proved by experiment.
