摘要: 公理设计在设计过程中提供一种描述设计目标的框架,设计者应用这一框架作向导进行产品设计,设计过程形式化,设计决策易于理解。可以应用设计公理对设计的预期质量进行评价。应用公理设计方法对闸阀结构进行了分解,利用公理1对现有的闸阀结构进行合理性分析,并提出了一种基于公理设计的闸阀部件设计顺序。

Abstract: Axiomatic design provides a framework to describe the design goal during the design process. The designer guided by this framework can make the design process formatted and design decision understandable. Furthermore, the anticipative quality of designs can be evaluated using axioms. Using the axiomatic design method, the structure of valve is decomposed and its rationality is analyzed according to the Axiom 1. Then the design sequence of the valve components based on the axiomatic design is put up.
