摘要: 针对飞机结构件在线检测中检测项目多、检测点数量大以及检测路径多干涉的特点,提出基于特征区域约束的在线检测路径规划方法。通过组成特征的几何个体构造约束区域,将零件整体检测路径分为约束区域间路径和约束区域内路径,并分别结合蚁群算法和最近邻法进行规划,最后将两者合并得到在线检测优化路径。基于CATIA V5开发的在线检测数据自动生成系统已在某大型航空企业中得到良好的应用。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of multiple inspection items, inspect points and path interference for aircraft structural parts, a method for on-line inspection path planning base on region constraints of feature was proposed. In this method, constraint regions were constructed according to geometric individuals of feature. The path was divided into two categories, one was between the regions and the other was within the regions, both of which were optimized based on ant colony algorithm and nearest neighbor algorithm respectively. Then, the two categories of paths were integrated as a complete online inspection path. An automatic on-line inspection data generation system based on Computer Aided Tri-dimensional Interface Application (CATIA) V5 platform was developed, which was applied in a large aviation enterprise.
