摘要: 针对离散制造过程中多个异构系统的功能缺乏有效集成导致操作人员在不同系统间反复切换的问题,提出了一种离散制造过程中异构系统的功能互操作方法。该方法通过封装和调用各系统的功能接口,使操作过程涉及到的各系统的功能接口实现互调用;通过建立用户映射机制,对各系统的访问权限进行关联;并在此基础上通过在系统中建立互操作流程来完成操作者实际的操作过程。对涉及到的用户映射机制和功能互操作流程进行了形式化描述;讨论了多系统集成运行中功能接口的集成模式、用户映射机制和互操作流程的描述框架,通过服务Agent建立了功能互操作进程的实现机制。基于上述方法进行了原型实例分析,实现了制造执行系统、分布式数字控制系统、质量检测与管理系统和数控系统的交互集成,验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: It was difficult to realize effective function integration of multiple heterogeneous systems in discrete manufacturing process, which caused repeated switching of operators. To deal with this problem, a function interoperation method of multiple heterogeneous systems in discrete manufacturing process was presented. In this method, the interoperability of various system function interfaces in operation process were realized by encapsulating and calling the function interfaces of the systems, and the user-mapping mechanism was established to associate the authorities of various systems. On this basis, the interoperation processes were set up to help operators to complete the entire operation process. The formal description of the user-mapping mechanism and function interoperation process concerned above were introduced; the integration model of function interfaces in multiple systems, and the description frameworks of the user-mapping mechanism and interoperation processes were discussed. The realization mechanism of function interoperation process based on service Agent was put forward. Based on above methods, the prototype analysis was carried out to realize the integration of Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Distributed Numerical Control (DNC) system, quality detection and management system, and numerical control system. It proved that the proposed method was effective.
