摘要: 针对具有设计任务多主体并发执行和设计过程动态不确定性的协同设计过程建模问题,在分析并给出了机械产品协同设计全过程协同模型的基础上,基于对象Petri网定义了协同设计过程的进程控制网模型。对产品调研立项、初步设计、方案设计、总体设计、零部件设计等基本设计单元的元模型进行了形式化描述。基于元模型调用策略,将元模型调用变迁和设计阶段审核决策变迁绑定,提出了机械产品协同设计过程的进程控制机制,并给出其决策变迁的路由策略。以机械产品总体设计元模型调用为例,说明了对协同设计过程动态控制的有效性。

Abstract: To tackle the modeling of collaborative design process with a parallel execution process of multi-Agent in design task and dynamically uncertain design process, by analyzing collaborative model of entire collaborative design process of mechanical products, procedure control network model in collaborative process based on object-oriented Petri net was defined. The meta models of investigating and establishing item phase, original design phase, scheme design phase, general design phase and part design were formally described. Based on meta-model invoking strategy, invoking transformation and auditing decision transformation in design phase of meta model were bounded, and procedure control mechanism in mechanical products collaborative design process was proposed. Moreover, routing strategy of procedure control network was also introduced. Finally, general design of meta model invoking of mechanical products was taken as the example to demonstrate that the proposed method was effective in dynamic control of collaborative design process.
