摘要: 为解决库存与运输的效益背反性,建立了基于Milk Run取货模式的汽车零部件库存运输整合优化的双层规划模型。通过上下层的博弈关系研究库存与运输,逐步平衡二者的效益背反关系,达到整个取货物流网络的最优化。根据模型的特点设计了分层迭代算法,通过数值仿真验证了模型的实用价值和有效性。

Abstract: To solve benefit deviation relationship between inventory and transportation, a bi-level programming model for auto parts Inventory-Transportation Integrated Optimization (ITIO) was constructed based on Milk Run mode. Bi-level game relationship was used to study inventory and transportation. The benefit deviation of inventory and transportation was balanced step by step and the overall logistics network optimization was realized. Bi-level iterative algorithm was designed according to model characteristics. Finally, feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model were validated by simulation.
