摘要: 在传统计算机辅助装配设计意图信息表达的基础上,提出一个基于本体和资源描述框架表达模式的装配设计语义表达框架;通过领域知识规范的语义概念及其属性关系的本体定义和实例化的资源描述框架描述,为装配设计的装配体组成、连接关系、配合精度和空间约束关系的语义描述提供一个形式化的表达;探讨了对计算机辅助设计产品装配模型自动和人机交互相结合的语义标注方法;通过一个简单装配实例的语义表达,建立了基于语义表达的装配设计资源描述框架/可扩展标记语言文档。为装配设计意图信息的语义推理、查询和智能理解奠定了基础。

Abstract: Based on the traditional Computer Aided Design (CAD) representations for assembly design intent information, a semantic representation framework for assembly design based on ontology and Resource Description Framework (RDF) expression mode was proposed. By ontology definitions of domain concepts and property relationships and RDF description with instantiated concepts, the hierarchical composition intent of assembly, connection relation intent, coordination precision and space constraint relationship intent in assembly design was formally represented. The automatic and manual semantic annotation methods for final CAD product assembly model were discussed. By an example of semantic representation for a simple assembly, the RDF / eXtensible Markup Language (XML) document was established, which laid foundation for semantic reasoning, inquiry and intelligent understanding of assembly design information.
