摘要: :构建一个多制造商和多客户共用一个服务平台的设备远程监测与故障诊断系统,采用现场总线技术采集现场设备状态数据,通过Internet将信息发送到远程服务中心,由不同的工具对信息进行处理。诊断中心采用智能诊断与专家诊断相结合的工作模式,利用关联规则挖掘知识并用于智能诊断。本文阐述了系统网络运行结构、系统功能模型、基于关联规则发现知识的算法以及评价与实现。

Abstract: We constructed a set of device remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system in which multi manufacturers and multi customers shared one service platform, adopted fieldbus technology to collect status data of the devices, and sent the information to the remote service center by Internet, where the information is disposed by different tools. In diagnosis center, we introduced the work model of uniting intelligent diagnosis with expert diagnosis, made use of the association rule to mine the knowledge and used it for intelligent diagnosis. This paper illustrated the network framework of the system, the knowledge mining arithmetic based on association rule, appraisal and implementation.
