摘要: 为研究渠道服务竞争和网络渠道接受程度对双渠道供应链系统的影响,建立了价格和服务敏感的双渠道竞争模型,分析了集中和分散情形下存在服务差异的双渠道供应链中制造商和零售商的最优决策,对比了双渠道和单一渠道供应链在渠道服务水平和供应链利润等方面的差异,并通过数值实验分析了网络渠道接受程度对供应链成员利润分配的影响。研究表明,存在差异化服务的双渠道供应链中,达到Stackelberg均衡时传统零售渠道的最优决策会导致网络直销渠道需求为零,渠道间服务竞争使得双渠道供应链优于单一渠道供应链。另外,消费者对网络渠道的接受程度影响到双渠道供应链成员的利润分配,占优制造商会根据网络渠道接受度选择最优的渠道策略。

Abstract: To study the influence of channel service competition and customer acceptance of Internet direct channel on dual-channel supply chain, a competition model based on price and service sensitivity was established. The optimal decisions in centralized and decentralized supply chain were analyzed. The comparison of service level and supply chain profit between dual-channel and single channel was presented. Numerical analysis was conducted on profit allocation of supply chain under different customer acceptance of Internet direct channel. The results revealed that the optimal decisions in Stackelberg equilibrium of dual-channel supply chain led the demand of Internet direct channel to zero when service differentiation existed. The service competition between dual-channel contributed to more system profits with comparison to single channel. Furthermore the supply chain profit allocation between manufacturer and retailer was affected by customer acceptance of Internet direct channel. And the dominated manufacturer would choose the optimal strategy based on the customer acceptance of Internet direct channel.
