摘要: 针对大型数控机床结构和加工工况复杂、可靠性数据匮乏、造成大型数控机床的可靠性评估困难的问题,提出了一种基于加工过程动力学模型的工艺可靠性评估方法。通过实验识别大型数控机床动力学参数和切削力动态模型参数,建立了数控机床的加工过程动力学模型,通过拟合加工过程得到加工精度,进行工艺可靠性评估,并通过实验进行了验证。

Abstract: It was difficult to conduct reliability evaluation for large-scale Numerical Control (NC) machine tools due to its complex structure and lacking of reliability data. To deal with this problem, a process reliability evaluation method based on the processing dynamics model was proposed. After identifying dynamics parameters of the NC machine tools and cutting force dynamic model parameters, the processing dynamics model of NC machine tools was established. Then processing accuracy was simulated by the processing dynamic model. The process reliability evaluation was performed. Finally, it was verified by experiments.
