摘要: 为改善设备单目标维护决策模型的不足,同时考虑缓冲区对可修复设备的维护、维修和大修过程的直接影响,提出了一种针对带缓冲区的可修复设备多目标预防性维护决策模型。以单位时间成本和制造系统设备可用度为目标函数建立多目标决策模型,运用模糊加权平均优化算法求解最优预防性维护周期与此周期下的最佳缓冲区库存量。通过数值仿真分析表明,利用所提的多目标维护决策模型,能有效地对带缓冲区的制造系统中的可修复设备做出最优维护决策。

Abstract: To improve deficiencies of single-objective maintenance decision-making model and consider the direct impact of a buffer on the repairable equipment during the Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul/Operations (MRO) process, a model of multi-objective preventive maintenance decision-making for repairable equipment with buffer was proposed. Taking per unit time cost and equipment availability as objective functions, the multi-objective decision-making model was established, and then the optimal period of preventive maintenance and the optimal buffer were resolved by using fuzzy weighted average algorithm. Numerical simulation results indicated that the proposed model was effective and feasible in optimizing decision-making of repairable equipment in a manufacturing system with buffer.
