摘要: 针对钢铁企业液压设备的特点,提出一种带有风险控制的维修决策方法,该方法只需要计算一次就可以判断设备是否处于缺陷状态,及其潜在故障类型和潜在故障发生概率值。与传统的风险维修方法相比,该方法提高了故障诊断准确度,加快了诊断速度,为在线决策提供了更好的参考。通过实验证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at hydraulic equipments characteristics in steel enterprises, a maintenance decision-making method with risk control was proposed. In this method, only one calculation was needed to judge whether the equipment was in the fault state, the potential fault type and the probability value. Compared to the traditional risk maintenance methods, the fault diagnosis accuracy was improved, as well as the diagnosis speed, which provided better reference for on-line decision-making. The experiment proved the effectiveness of this method.
