摘要: 为改变国内钢铁企业标志工艺现状、推动标志设备国产化、提高企业竞争力,在分析标志系统软硬件组成和工作方式的基础上,提出了钢铁产品在线标志系统的总体设计方案。对同步方式及其相关参数确定、高速电磁阀驱动方案设计、字体成型软件设计等关键问题进行了具体讨论与研究,为在线标志系统的设计生产提供了指导方向与理论基础。实验结果显示,设计产品可以满足工业现场的生产需要。

Abstract: To change current status of marking process in domestic steel enterprises, facilitate marking equipment localization and enhance enterprise competitiveness, the general design scheme of the online marking system for steel products was put forward by analysing software/hardware and working mode of marking system. Key technologies such as determination of synchronization mode and correlative parameters, driving scheme of high-speed solenoid valve and design for fonts forming software were discussed. And this study provided theoretical foundation and guidance for designing the marking system online. The design result was proved to meet the industrial production demand by experiments.
