摘要: 为提高协同装配智能型和自动化程度,提出了语义推理驱动的智能装配技术。通过定义装配端口,建立装配元件之间连接关系的高级抽象表达;通过三维语义标注,构建产品三维形体与语义内容的关联,由此构建面向装配的产品本体模型。通过建立语义推理规则库及端口坐标系,实现装配连接关系的自动推理,并自动创建元件之间的配合操作关系。开发了基于自由度分析的三维约束求解引擎,基于推理结果自动求解变换矩阵,最终实现元件的自动装配。开发了智能协同装配原型系统并进行了试验,结果验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: To promote the assembly intelligence and degree of automation, an intelligent assembly technology driven by semantics inference was proposed. The high abstract representation of association among components was constructed by defining assembly port. Association between the three dimension shape of product and semantic content was established through semantic annotation. The product ontology model oriented to assembly was set up. The assembly automatic inference was realized by setting up the semantic inference rule base and the port coordinate system. The mate operation relationship was generated automatically. The three dimension constraint solution engine based on analysis of freedom degree was developed, the transformation matrices were obtained based on inference results, and finally automatic assembly of components was realized by these matrices. The prototype system of intelligent collaborative assembly was developed and tested. The result indicated the effectiveness of this method.
