摘要: 针对航空发动机整体叶轮数控电解加工编程问题,开发了加工仿真与数控自动编程应用平台。该平台首先建立了虚拟数控电解加工机床装配模型,采用切片法、部件约束、位姿矩阵变换、组件参数关联建模等技术实现工艺数据的提取、加工轨迹计算、机床坐标轴的尺寸驱动、工件的连续切割等功能;借助平台实现电解加工仿真与自动编程,并在仿真过程中进行加工过切和干涉检验。通过在大直径整体叶轮的电解加工试验中的实际应用,表明采用该平台能有效地解决整体叶轮的加工编程难题,缩短加工编程时间,提高编程的准确性。

Abstract: To solve the programming problem in the Numerical Control(NC)ElectroChemical Machining(ECM)of aeroengine integral impeller, a simulation and programming platform used for ECM was developed. A virtual assembly model of NC ECM machine was firstly constructed in the platform. Technologies such as model slicing, components constraint, matrix transformation, and WAVE technology were used to realize functions as process data extraction, motion path calculation, axes moving, and consecutive operation between tool and part. The platform implemented machining simulation, automatic generation of NC programs. The over-cut and motion interference in machining could be checked by the simulation. The simulation system was applied in the NC ECM of the large diameter integral impeller. Results showed that the application of the software effectively solved programming problem, shortened the programming cycle, and increased the program accuracy.
