摘要: 为解决物流服务企业对多供应商物流任务运作的优化问题,以两个供应商及其建立的一个行业协会、一个物流服务企业组成的物流任务联盟为研究对象,建立了基于物流任务效用模型和考虑努力因素修正的Shapley分配模型的两阶段决策模型。第一阶段利用物流任务效用模型分析了供应商物流任务横向协同外包效应和物流服务企业处理供应商协同外包物流任务效应;第二阶段利用分配模型讨论了联盟协同收益的分配,并结合示例进行了验证。结果表明,多供应商变物流任务的分散外包为协同外包,可以降低物流服务企业的运作成本,增加收益,物流服务企业对增加的收益进行合理分配,能够提高联盟内所有企业的收益。

Abstract: To discuss the optimization of suppliers'logistics task operation by logistics company, the logistics task alliance included two suppliers,one trade association and one logistics service company was regarded as the study object and a two-stage decision-making model which consisted of the logistics task utility model and the Shapley distribution model with cost-revision was set up. In the first phase, the logistics task utility model was used to analyze the decision-making mechanism of suppliers'transversal collaboration in outsourcing the logistics task and the resource allocation optimization by the logistics service company to finish this logistics task. In the second phase, the modified Shapley distribution model was used to discuss allocation of alliance's collaborative profits. Finally, an example was given to testify the model. Results showed that if the suppliers outsourced the logistics task collaboratively instead of separately, the logistics task operation cost of logistics company was reduced while the whole alliance's benefit was increased. The reasonable distribution of increased profit by logistics company among members could improve all firms'revenue.
