摘要: 为研究供应链协调状态下的利润分配问题,建立了一个供应商管理库存环境下的两级供应链模型。研究了传统模式下供应链的协调与优化问题,以剩余补贴契约为例讨论了供应链契约设计及其应用。在此基础上,分别研究了季中追加生产机会和提前订购策略对供应链成员决策的影响,论证了优化供应链性能的基本思路,寻找实现供应链成员期望利润帕累托改进的最优集,分析了季中生产成本、提前批发价等决策变量对供应链性能的影响。最后,通过一个算例对研究结果进行了说明。

Abstract: To study profit distribution problem under supply chain coordination, a two-echelon supply chain under Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) was constructed. Coordination and optimization of the supply chain under traditional mode were studied. As an example, a surplus subsidy contract was used to discuss contract design and its application of supply chain. Based on these, influences of additional production opportunity in the selling season and an advance order tactic on the supply chain members'decisions were studied in detail. Basic principles for supply chain performance optimization were proved. Then the solution sets were searched, under which all supply chain members gained Pareto improvements. The influences of unit produce cost in the selling season and unit advance order wholesale price on the performance of the supply chain were further discussed. Finally, study results were illustrated by a numerical example.
