摘要: 针对当前计算机辅助设计、计算机辅助工艺设计系统间三维模型信息的集成和共享问题,提出了一种基于轻量化三维模型的信息集成方法。建立了基于轻量化模型的工艺信息模型。提出了基于轻量化模型的制造特征提取方法,通过设计轻量化模型几何信息提取和判断相邻表面间邻接关系的算法,建立了轻量化模型的边界表示(B-rep)模型,然后将边界表示模型与预先定义的形状特征模板进行比较,从而识别出零件的制造特征。最后通过一个实例验证了制造特征提取方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: To solve the integration and sharing problems of three-dimensional (3D) model between CAD and CAPP systems, a 3D product model information integration method based on lightweight model was proposed. A process information model based on lightweight model was established. A manufacturing feature extraction method based on lightweight model was presented. First, the boundary representation (B-rep) of the lightweight model was set up by designing the algorithm of extracting geometrical information from lightweight model and the method of judging adjacency relationship between adjacency surfaces, and then the boundary representation was compared with predefined form feature template in order to realize automatic recognition of manufacturing feature. Finally, a sample application was developed to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed feature extraction method.
