摘要: 针对当前基于模型的定义技术在工艺设计中的应用现状,提出了基于模型的工艺的概念,并以工序模型为基本单位,通过加工特征对工序模型信息进行组织,建立了基于模型的零件工艺管理体系。以工序模型为载体,建立了基于模型定义的零件工艺信息模型。提出一种三维加工方法标注符号,并对三维加工方法标注符号的组成进行了分析。开发了三维工艺信息标注模块,并以某零件三维标注为例,验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the application situation of Model-Based Definition (MBD) technology in process planning,the definition of model-based process was proposed.By taking the process model as basic unit,process MBD information was organized with the machining features,and the model-based part process administration architecture was established.Taking the process model as carrier,a part process information model based on MBD was built.A three-dimensional process annotation sign was put forward,and its composition was also analyzed.A three-dimensional process annotation module was developed,and a part annotation was taken to illustrate the validity of the method.
