摘要: 为解决准则权重为区间数、准则值为梯形灰色随机数的灰色随机多准则决策问题,设计了一种基于梯形连续区间有序加权平均算子的方法。该方法首先定义梯形灰色随机数描述不完全确定的准则值;然后根据基本单位区间单调函数的性质拓展连续区间有序加权平均算子形成梯形连续区间有序加权平均算子;再利用梯形连续区间有序加权平均算子集结梯形灰色随机数;通过规范化决策矩阵和目标权重向量得到各方案的综合评价值;最后确定各方案的排序。算例结果验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract: To solve the Grey-Stochastic Multi-Criterion Decision-Making (GSMCDM) problems with the criterion weights evaluated interval numbers and the alternatives evaluated Trapezoidal Grey-Stochastic Numbers (TGSN) on the criterion, a new method based on the Trapezoidal Continuous-interval-argument Ordered Weighted Averaging (TC-OWA) operator was designed. In this method, the TGSN was firstly defined to describe the incomplete certain evaluations of the alternatives on the criterion. On the other hand, according to the characteristics of the Basic Unit-interval Monotonic (BUM) function, the C-OWA operator was extended to the TC-OWA operator. Then, the TGSN were integrated by the TC-OWA operator. Furthermore, with the help of the normalized decision-making matrix and the object weight vector, the comprehensive evaluations of the alternatives were worked out. Finally, the sequence of the alternatives was obtained. The effectiveness and feasibility of the method were verified by an example.
