摘要: 为降低安全库存水平、改善企业库存控制策略、优化存在于内外部逆向物流的库存控制参数,针对周期性检查拉式库存控制策略,在假设回收产品到达时间满足泊松分布、回收产品采用批量处理方式和制造/再制造提前期非零的基础上,基于内外部逆向物流,提出了更切合实际的多源库存控制模型,建立了合理的库存控制成本函数。应用遗传算法进行求解,以获得库存检查周期、安全库存点、生产批量和回收产品的处理批量的优化解。通过算例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性,并在此基础上,分析了制造/再制造提前期对企业库存控制策略的影响。

Abstract: To reduce safe inventory level, improve enterprise inventory control strategy and optimize inventory control parameters in existing internal and external reverse logistics, through employing periods'inventory review strategy, a more realistic multi-resource inventory control model was proposed. And based on assumption of returns arrival time of obeying Poisson distribution, returns production employing lot-size process and nonzer manufacturing/remanufacturing lead time, rational cost function of inventory control was established. Genetic algorithm was applied to solve the inventory cost function so as to obtain the optimization solution of inventory checking periods, safe inventory points, production lot-sizes and process lot-sizes of returns production. Feasibility and validity of the proposed method was proved by an example, and influence of manufacturing/remanufacturing lead time on enterprise inventory control strategy was analyzed.
