摘要: 在现有的服务流程应用中,由于业务复杂性,标准服务流程与变化的业务需求通常不相符合。为提高企业的响应能力,提出了一种服务流程配置模型和系统。在流程运行过程中,通过激发合适的配置规则序列,对服务流程实施个性化配置,并允许用户在流程自动化配置的基础上实施二次配置,同时提供基于流程修改日志的规则挖掘模块,学习流程在特定上下文下的配置方式,实现对服务流程知识库的自动扩充。

Abstract: At present, in the actual use of service process, Enterprises always encountered the dilemma of process structure deviation against actual business demand, due to complexity of business logic. In order to enhance response ability of enterprises, service process should have the inherent automatic configuration ability in the context of outside environment. A new kind of configurable service process model along with corresponding system framework was proposed in this paper, which could produce specific service process by matching and firing proper rule set during runtime. And the end user was allowed to perform further service process configuration by hand to make the process model totally meet end users need. In addition, a rule mining module based on the change operation logs was provided to learn configuration knowledge in specific context and automatically extend service process knowledge repository.
