摘要: 为有效解决产品冲突问题,提出了模糊前端阶段概念产品创新设想的实现技术路线,建立了模糊前端阶段产品创新设计过程统一模型。利用计算机辅助创新设计InventionTools 3.0软件,对水力旋流器实例产品进行了专利分析及产品技术成熟度预测,验证了模糊前端阶段产品创新设计过程模型的有效性。

Abstract: The product innovation was a topic of enterprise development, and it was also an urgent research subject of importance. FFE (Fuzzy front end) was a crucial stage which was the most manifest of the product innovation. With the Development of the FFE study, the enabling techniques of product innovation (such as TRIZ tools, Theory of constraints, Unexpected discovery, Analogy-based design method and so on) study took the role in obtaining the enlightenment of product innovation.. In order to effectively resolve product conflict question, the article proposed realizing the technical route of concept assumption for product innovation, and established the unified process model of product innovation in the FFE stage. Finally, the patent and the product technology maturity forecast for hydrocyclones were analyzed using the computer aided innovation InventionTools3.0 software, thus verifying process model validity of product innovation in the FFE stage.
