摘要: 为解决飞机传统装配精度低、调整复杂和质量不稳定问题,介绍了三坐标定位器结构与工作原理,建立了伺服传动系统的数学模型,得到系统的传递函数。采用Matlab/Simulink对系统进行仿真模拟,并对三坐标定位器的动态特性进行分析。实验测试结果表明,三坐标定位器能够快速、准确地跟踪位置指令,并具有很好的抗干扰能力。对三坐标定位器进行动态特性分析和实验测试,有利于分析与优化系统调姿工作特性,对改进定位器的结构设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: To deal with problems such as low efficiency, difficult adjustment and unstable quality in traditional aircraft assembly, structure and working theory of 3-axis positioner were introduced. Mathematical model of servo drive system was constructed and related transfer function was derived. System simulation was conducted by using Matlab/Simulink and dynamic characteristics of 3-axis positioner were also analyzed. Simulation and testing results showed that this system could promptly and exactly trace the position commands with a good anti-jamming capability. Study of dynamic characteristics on 3-axis positioner could contribute to the analyses and optimizations of working performance of posture alignment system, and promote structure design of 3-axis positioner.
